Excellent service. Following a previous sale falling through at the last minute after 5 months (with another Estate agents), I was apprehensive about remarketing the property. I was reassured by Follwells that they would monitor the sale very closely and address any issues promptly to avoid another lengthy transaction that could result with another failed sale. All viewings were carried out by themselves which resulted in an offer within a few days. I was kept well informed during the sale process, and Vicky was very proactive, making sure any potential delays were avoided by her great communication between ourselves and all other relevant parties. We recently sold our house using Follwells estate agency. I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and effectiveness: • When we decided to sell, the whole process was executed with great efficiency – the house inspected, the valuation made, the photos taken and the video tour recorded by professionals, the copy written and signed off by us, and the ad posted on both Follwells’ website and on Rightmove. • Viewings were arranged with the minimum of fuss, with full consultation and confirmation beforehand, and feedback secured and passed on to us afterwards. • We’d sold the house within six weeks, and the process through to exchange of contracts and completion was handled calmly and competently. • Follwells also dealt with an offer we put in on another house, helped us arrange a surveyor’s report, and dealt sympathetically with both ourselves and the vendor when we decided not to proceed. • At all stages, with both the sale of our house and the aborted purchase of another, they advised us and kept us fully informed about what was going on. To conclude, being a small local firm, Follwell’s knowledge of property in the area, their willingness to let us know when suitable houses were about to come onto the market, and their friendly advice at every stage of both selling and buying, turned what we’ve always found in the past to be a very stressful process into a piece of cake. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of personal attention was hugely impressive. In short, I can recommend Follwells without reservation – they’re the best!

Having had bad experiences with larger estate agent chains in the past, I’d decided only to use smaller, family-run independent businesses moving forward. It’s pretty likely given the level of experience within our team that we have sold properties on your street over the last 30 years.

From the first time you contact us to let us know you want your house valuing we will discuss with you why you’re thinking of moving and how we can help you through the process from start to finish.

We will also ask you about your property so we can start to do some detailed research before we come out to visit you. That’s not to say we will have a pre-conceived idea of value but we like to be sure we have done our homework.

When we arrive at your house, we will want to get a really good feel for the place including the size of rooms, the standard of finish how the layout could work for potential buyers.

Most important of all we want to have a good chat with you and understand what you’re hoping to achieve from the move, this means we can tailor our service exactly to your needs helping you out every step of the way.

We will follow-up our visit with confirmation of our discussions without any heavy sales techniques or pushy sales people.
