In the final stages of our house sale with Follwells and can't recommend them highly enough. Informative and communicating throughout and very quick to respond. The whole team have been very good, but Helen has been exceptional! She's goes above and beyond to make a stressful event much easier. Amazing from the start! I can’t praise Follwells enough for selling my property in a professional and efficient way. It was the second estate agents I used after being misadvised by the first one. Follwells were realistic from the start and offered such a professional service during a difficult process. We moved to Follwells due to not being able to sell the property and based on neighbours' recommendations.  Within 4 weeks we'd had multiple offers and within 6 months the house was sold. Follwells' communication was brilliant. Every step of the way they kept us informed, either by email or phone call.  They chased the buyer's solicitors when needed and were on top of any issues that arose. They gave good advice over the offers and the results of the survey.  If I ever had to ring the office and left a voicemail, they rang straight back.  As a service I can't fault them. They even did the meter readings as we live so far away. I have recently sold my late Mothers house through Follwells and found them very professional and helpful throughout, from the first valuation to the sale. They provided a friendly compassionate service while also being very proactive and efficient.
